A fragmented market with no infrastructure on either side.
Parents plan parties through word of mouth, social media groups and endless enquiry messages, with no way to compare suppliers, check availability or book with confidence. Suppliers are mostly sole traders and small businesses running diaries on paper and payments over bank transfer.
A marketplace here has to earn trust in both directions at once: parents need verified suppliers, real reviews and secure payment, while suppliers need professional profiles, manageable onboarding and tools that genuinely replace the admin slog.

02 / the solution
One platform covering the whole party, on both sides.
We designed and built the full journey: verified supplier profiles with services and pricing, geo-aware search and category browsing, a guided party planner, and a quote flow where parents describe the party once and receive quotes from matched suppliers within hours.
Suppliers get a portal with availability calendars, quote management and Stripe Connect payments with deposits and payouts handled for them. A dedicated admin console runs vetting, listings and marketplace operations behind the scenes.

Jollee launched in 2026 as a polished, trusted two-sided marketplace: parents plan and book a whole party in one place, and suppliers take bookings, deposits and payouts without the admin.
