Why don't you bill by the hour?

For defined project work, uncapped hourly billing can pass extra delivery time to the buyer. With a fixed price against an agreed scope, we carry the delivery-cost risk for that work. Any additions are agreed and priced before we start them.

What is the 90-day warranty?

Every milestone build includes a 90-day warranty from launch. It covers defects against the agreed specification only. It does not cover enhancements, new features, configuration changes, third-party failures or client modifications.

Can I pause or cancel the Unlimited Growth subscription?

Yes. After the initial 3-month onboarding term, Unlimited Growth is billed rolling monthly. You can pause or cancel anytime with a single click or Slack message before your next billing cycle.

What counts as 'one active task at a time'?

You can load 50 tasks into your backlog. Our team works through them sequentially, shipping completed 24–48h atomic deliverables to your staging environment. As soon as a deliverable is approved, the next task automatically moves into flight.

Who owns the code and intellectual property?

You do. 100%. Upon invoice settlement, all code, repository access, design assets, and database schemas are completely yours with zero vendor lock-in or proprietary licensing fees.
