Agents are easy. Running a business on them isn't.
Anyone can wire an AI agent to a to-do list. The hard part is everything around it: which model runs which job, what an agent is allowed to spend, what it must never do without a human, and how you find out what it did. Without that, agents stay a demo.
We wanted the missing layer: multi-company workspaces, agent identities with budgets and skills, approval-first execution, and cost attribution per task, with the whole thing extensible through plugins rather than hardcoded integrations.

A control plane where agents are staff, not scripts.
Opsko models companies, projects, issues and agents in one workspace. Agents run in bounded heartbeats through pluggable adapters across model providers, wake on schedules or assignments, and post their work back as tasks, artifacts and comments. Budgets are enforced with hard stops, and approval flows catch anything marked as needing a human.
A plugin architecture carries the integrations: CRM, meeting recordings, calendar, email, Linear sync and more, each installing its own pages, jobs and tools without touching the core. The result runs Code23 and a personal workspace side by side, with thousands of tasks orchestrated to date.
