A specialist agency that had to own its category from launch.
Markko sells something new: service marketplaces built for people and AI agents alike. The site had to make that idea land in seconds for founders and operators, then prove the depth behind it with the mechanics that make marketplaces work.
As a sister brand to Code23, it also needed its own identity. A dark, confident palette, its own voice and a structure focused entirely on marketplaces, while sharing the engineering foundations that let us move fast.

A long-form homepage that walks buyers through the whole marketplace.
The homepage leads with one line, "AI-native service marketplaces built to scale", then moves through numbered chapters: selected marketplaces, five marketplace states, the seven places value leaks, the agentic layer, eight capabilities, the wider portfolio, three starting points, platform choice and field notes.
The agentic layer is the centrepiece: what an AI agent is allowed to do on a marketplace, the three kinds of agent, and the governed foundation of identity, permissions, payment boundaries, audit trails and human escalation. Services, work, industries, a journal and contact pages sit behind it, all built on the Code23 Astro starter kit with GSAP motion.
